Origin Story of The Burly Boys:

The Burly Boys first met one another at work in 2021. Shane was new the new manager of a production facility and Josh was the most senior lead hand, truck driver of the transportation department.

It wasn't until almost a year later when their friendship started to blossom. Shane was about to leave the company for a better opportunity and on his way out, Shane had the unfortunate responsibility of informing Josh that Josh would also be leaving the company as his employment would be terminated due to the company taking a different direction and closing the transportation department - it was at this moment that Josh and Shane found themselves meeting up to have weekly discussions about the past, present and future.

One day while shooting the shit down by the river Shane made a proposition of recording their conversations for a podcast. Josh's eyes opened wide as he expressed his sincere approval as he too had been thinking the same thing - shortly thereafter the Burly Boys were created!
